Hindu-British Raj in Karachi through MQM and PPP

Pakistani politicians, celebrities and leading T.V. channels including PTV now are trying their best keep Pakistan under Hindu-British Raj as it was before 23rd March, 1940 and has been during last 6o years.  They all frighten people of Pakistan of other nation’s might and power while producing nothing constructive and progressive for better future of children or youth.

Karachi, the backbone of Pakistan, is already under MQM’s control, which, to me, seems like (and I am 100% sure of it) Altaf Yazeed’s contract with British Parliament.  They have allowed him to live in Britain as a citizen and directing most terrorism in Karachi in cooperation with PPP and ANP.  They must be funding him or giving him commission for imposing Oxford and other British publications in private schools of Karachi.  Its a deal like “you occupy Karachi, we occupy your children’s mind”.

میرے یہ کہنے میں کوئی جھوٹ نہیں کے پاکستان کے سیاست دان، انکے پلّے یعنی لیڈرز، انکے دہشت گرد یعنی کارکنان، پاکستان کے ٩٩ فیصد شوبز کے لوگ، گلوکار، اداکار، مسخرے، وغیرہ، پاکستان کے لیڈنگ چینلز… سب کے سب ایک دوسرے کے ہاتھہ میں ہاتھہ ڈال کر… آپس میں نورا ڈرامے تخلیق کر کر کے… پاکستان کو ٢٣ مارچ، ١٩٤٠ والے ہندو – برٹش راج کے اندر رکھنا چاہتے ہیں… ڈرا ڈرا کر، خوف دلا دلا کر، غیرت، ہی اور خوداری بیچنے کی ترکیبیں بتا بتا کر… جویریہ جلیل اور سعود کی گالیوں اور بد تہذیبی سے بھرپورڈرامے، جن سے وہ اپنی بیٹی کے لئے عیش و عشرت کا سامان خریدتے ہیں… جویریہ تو ویسے ہی لگتا ہے مندر میں پیدا ہوئی تھی پتہ نہیں کون منحوس پاکستان چھوڑ گیا… جیو ٹی وی کا مسلسل بھارت کے گن گانا… کوئی با غیرت، با کردار، تعلیمی سوچ، خوداری کا پیغام، تہذیب اور تمدّن والی چیز نہیں… تہذیب کے معاملے میں تو ایک ہی نام مشھور ہے اور وہ ہے خوشبخت شجاعت کا… لیکن وہ بھی جوانی کی شہرت بڑھاپے میں کیش کرا رہی ہیں اسمبلی میں گونگی بہری بن کر… ظاہر ہے اپنی اولاد کے کام آرہی ہوگی… قوم کے معاملے میں تو وہ اپنے بھابی نما بھائی الطاف یزید کے احکامات کی پابند ہونگی… اسکول چلاتی ہیں، اتنی توفیق نہیں کہ پاکستانی سلیبس بنا لیں… خوب سارے پرائیویٹ اسکولوں میں آکسفورڈ اور دوسرے برٹش مصنفوں کی کتابیں بک رہی ہیں… ظاہر ہے حکومت برطانیہ سے معاہدہ ہوا ہوگا کہ بچوں کے ذہن ہمارے، اور کراچی پر حکومت تمہاری… آخر غریب و مسکین ایم کیو ایم پارٹی کا خرچہ کہاں سے پورا ہوگا… وہ مستعفی کمال کا کیس بھی نکلا تھا نہ کہ اسکے حکم سے حکومت کے اسکولوں میں جنسی کتابیں مفت بانٹیں گئیں… پتہ نہیں ایم کیو ایم والے اپنی بیٹیوں اور بیٹوں کو یہ کتابیں پڑھاتے ہیں کہ نہیں… یا انکو بھی باقی قوم کی طرح گدھا بنایا ہوا ہے…

لیکن یہ تماشا بھی خدا دیکھ رہا ہے… خدا اس قوم کو قومی اور اسلامی غیرت عطا فرماۓ، آمین!

پاکستانیوں کو چاہیے کہ پاکستانی چینلز دیکھنا بند کریں تاکہ ایمان، غیرت اور حب الوطنی بچا سکیں… وہی وقت اپنی تعلیم پر لگائیں، کتابیں پڑھیں، خود کو بہتر کریں تاکہ دنیا میں کچھ عزت تو ملے…

Where do Pakistani children learn terrorism?

Secularism, as the definition says, is the religion and politics apart – religion is something personal and politics a ruling system.

The religious madrassahs, institutions and religious minded people call secularism “kufr”.  While they keep themselves limited to the four walls of their institutions and avoid participating in political or communal activities.  It is more like they have opened shops where people come to buy religious knowledge and fatawas (judgement according to scholars’ understanding).  This practice of them is against the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).  Keeping the definition in mind, all religious people seem to practice “kufr” as they call it.

On the other hand, Oxford Publications and other imported books are doing their best to keep up this distance between politics and religion.  The History books written by British writers are making billions in Pakistan as they are thought necessary part of the syllabus by school administrations.  Parents don’t realize that these school administrations are British agent like Altaf Yazeed and his gang.  British divided the land of Sub-Continent in 1947 but they did not give up on enslaving people’s mind.  They used their degree holders and most celebrities to convince people who the progress is inevitable without imported curriculum especially from British empire.  So this is how they keep ruling Pakistanis even after 1947.

Pakistanis help India generate billions by watching their movies and British by buying their publications.  For their own country, they have nothing.

The History book written by Teresa Crompton is the course book for 6th Grade in The City School.  It describes the ruling era of warriors like Alexander, Chandragupta, King Darius, Ashoka, White Huns and about ancient empires.  It also mentions Bhudda in the middle chapter as a saint and powerful religious force.  In the last chapter it has a paragraph titled “religion – an enormous and lasting power.  Then it discusses that the power of Buddha was greater and lasting ruling power than all those ancient warriors because he didn’t have weapon and armies.

British see Buddhism as a powerful and effective religion while it is only 6% of the world religion, even a lot less than Hinduism and non-religious believers.  When it comes to Islam, they apply the definition of secularism and democracy that religion is a personal matter.

Do children at this age need to learn about ancient warriors and how they destroyed each other or the environment that we need to take care of?  Parents in Pakistan must open their eyes and see what their children are taught in the school.

Complaining to politicians is useless.  They are busy worshipping America.  The degree holders sitting in assemblies like Khushbakht Shujaat who are famous for being civilized and educated also have zero sense of understanding education.  These kind of women are also obsessed with imported curriculum so they will never ever respect what people want.  Celebrities are always busy serving politicians.  So it people who will have to take a stand for their children’s better future.

Show-biz’s role in steep decline of our system

PART 1

My life has become peaceful since I have stopped watching Pakistani channels.

I don’t get to see the ugly faces of the most hated Pakistani politicians, especially President of Pakistan, the most criminal man Zardari, the terrorist British citizen Altaf Yazeed, cheater ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and the dog-faced Shahi Syed.

I don’t get to hear their attention-diverting fake and friendly statements.

I don’t get agonized anymore by interrupting breaking news about American political agents.

I don’t get to watch programs promoting Indian songs and ideology.

I don’t watch morning shows promoting beggary by presenting families calling for donations and donations and donations yet no promises of returning the favour.

I don’t waste time in surfing channels in search of pro-Pakistan personalities and programs propagating a particular mind-set.

I don’t waste time waiting for days and days and days for just one Pakistani song on music channels of Pakistan.

I don’t get to watch commercials teaching and preaching all non-sense stuff and immoralities to Pakistani youth.

I have saved my mind and soul from disappointments, depression and mental torture spread by channels either supported or financed by political parties.

I convince Pakistani children there is nothing for you on Pakistani channels except for singing and dancing on Indian songs, so you should stop watching Pakistani channels and focus on your studies.  Your educational system has already been destroyed by MQM.

So now I help them learning skills and pure, simple and correct views about life, religion and politics.

The children say that they don’t watch Paksitani channels but Indian channels.  I told them that this is why Pakistani channels are directed to show only Indian stuff and no Pakistan based programs for children so children automatically be attracted to Indian channels.

PART 2

The world history is a witness the rise and fall of many great empire of old times.  The future historians will write about the rise and fall of Soviet Union, USA, Great Britain and even Pakistan as they are the empires of current era.

Yes, Pakistan is an empire too.  Pakistan is ruled by criminal-minded Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif, Wali Khan and Altaf Yazeed dynasty.  These are not democratic parties but have imposed dictatorship and have fallen into friendly-rivalry in order to provide financial favours to each other from people’s tax money.  They feed their families, built palaces, send their children to Oxford with the same tax money.

Part 3

The point to ponder is that how these criminal-minded politicians have succeeded in ruling Pakistani people.  They are criminal and cheaters, that is why they are rich.  They are the one who can reward and award those who live and die to win rewards and awards.  They are called show-biz people, the one who are always hungry for money, appreciation and recognition.  They usually have no other talent.  They are the best people who could be used by politicians to preach and spread their mind-set and ideology.

Yes, in Pakistan, not only channels but celebrities are also used by politicians to defuse pressure against politicians.

All celebrities know that Zardari is the most corrupt person of Pakistan.  They still take award from him and smile and waive to Gilani, like Noman Ijaz, Javed Shiekh and many more.  They sing for their parties.  They speak their language.

Actors, singers and comedians are one of the biggest hurdles in changing system towards betterment.  Most of them work like sold commodities.  They already lack education and correct understanding of anything.

If people of Pakistan want to change system, they must get rid of those slave-minded political celebrities in order to weaken politician’s strength.  Otherwise, we would never become free and f

Following is the syllabus of a 3rd Grader for final exams.   This is beside Urdu, Islamiyaat and Computer.  This is what they have to learn after all weekends, holidays and MQM’s Sog-Days off.

With this syllabus, the school can declare the students ready for employment after 5th Grade.  A 3rd Grader is 8 or 9 year old.  Do kids at this age deserve to study such a non-sense syllabus in the name of high standard?  They complain about children cheating in exams, why wouldn’t they?

Parents should raise their voice against this injustice and child abuse.  Children have rights and life too.

Summary of Algebra 1 – Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide

- In addition and subtraction, we only add or subtract coefficient, not powers.

- In multiplication, we multiply coefficients and add the powers of variables.

- In division, we divide coefficients and subtract powers of variables.

The previous post was about the basic Algebraic terms and normal mathematical operations.

This post is about how mathematical signs work in Algebra and how should students read them.

1- What are signs?

In Maths, numbers, terms and values are either negative ( – ) or positive ( + ).

2- How are plus and minus signs read in Algebra?

Any term with plus sign (+) is positive and minus sign (-) is negative.    If sign is not written there, it means the term is positive.

For example,

+ 5a² is positive five a square          - a² b²  is negative a square b square

Similarly, in, 2x² - 3y² , 2x² is positive and 3y² is negative

3- What are the results or answers of mathematical operations called?

- The answer of addition is called the ‘sum’.

- The answer of subtraction is called the ‘difference’.

- The answer of multiplication is called the ‘product’.

- The answer of division is called the ‘quotient’.

4- What are the rules for adding and subtracting like-terms?

There are some rules about using mathematical signs in Algebra.

1- The sum of two positive like-terms is always positive.

For example,  12x² + 13x² = 25x²

2- The sum of two negative like-terms is always negative.

For example,  - 15a³ - 10a³ =  - 25a³                     

3- The difference or result of one positive and one negative term carries the sign of bigger coefficient.

For example,  14x² - 11x²  = 3x²       and    9x² - 16x² =  - 7x²

4- The sum of one positive and one negative like terms with the same coefficient equals zero.

For example,   5a² - 5a² = 0

This is the same simple mathematical concept, you have 5 candies, you eat them all, you are left with nothing.  So, having 5 candies is positive, eating 5 candies is negative and the result is zero.

5- What are the rules for multiplying and dividing terms?

1- The product of two positive terms is always positive.

For example, (14x²) (2x) = 28x³  coefficients are multiplied, powers are added

2- The product of two negative terms is positive too.

For example, (- 9y²) (- 4y⁵) = 36y⁷ coefficients are multiplied, powers are added

3- The product of one positive and one negative term is negative.

For example, (- 8b³) (7b) =  - 56b⁴ coefficients are multiplied, powers are added

4- Like in Math, the product of any term multiplied by zero would be zero.

For example, (5a² b²c²) ( 0 ) = 0  

5- The quotient of two positive terms is always positive.

For example,  8a⁷ / 4a² = 2a⁵  coefficients are divided and powers are subtracted

6- The quotient of two negative terms is positive.

For example,  - 16x³ / – 4x  = – 4x²

7- The quotient of one negative and one positive terms is negative.

For example,  - 15c⁵ / 3c² = – 5c³

آج کل اسکولوں میں سالانہ امتحانات کا دور ہے… بچوں پر سلیبس اور ٹیوٹرز کا جتنا دباؤ ہے… شاباش ہے اس قوم کے بچوں کو کہ اپنے ہی استادوں اور والدین کے ظلم کی چکّی میں پستے ہیں اور کچھ نہیں کرسکتے ادب کی وجہ سے… طلبہ و طالبات کو کہتی ہوں کہ بھئی آواز اٹھاؤ کہ کیا پڑھنا ہے کیا نہیں، کیا شکایات ہیں… ایک نے آواز اٹھائی (ذرا غلط طریقےسے اٹھا لی) تو اسے اسکول سے نکال دیا… پھر یہ کہ بچے کہتے ہیں کیا شکایات کریں کس سے کریں اور کیسے… لکھنا نہیں آتا… اول لیولز کے بچوں کا یہ حال کہ کسی چیز میں ماہر ہونا تو دور کی بات، بات کرنے کے قابل نہیں… بس شکایتیں کرتے رہتے ہیں کہ یہ مضمون اچھا نہیں، وہ مشکل ہے… ہر مضمون سے بیزار… سارا سال گدھوں کی طرح کتابیں اٹھانے والے اور طوطوں کی طرح رتے لگانے والے تھکے تھکاۓ بچے…

اسکولوں میں سالانہ امتحانات کا کیا مقصد ہے؟

اگر کوئی یہ کہے کہ اسکول ایڈمنسٹریشن یہ چیک کرنا چاہتی ہے کہ بچہ اگلی جماعت میں جانے کے لئے تیار ہے کہ نہیں تو غلط جواب ہوگا… سارا سال بچوں کے دماغ کو رگڑ رگڑ کر جو مختلف ٹیسٹ لئے جاتے ہیں، بچوں کی حاضری، انکی دلچسپی، انکے ہوم ورک کا معیار… یہ سب اساتذہ کی نظر میں ہوتا ہے اور انھیں اچھی طرح پتہ ہوتا ہے کہ کون سا بچا کتنے پانی میں ہے… کراچی کے پرائیویٹ اسکولوں میں تو ویسے بھی اندر ہی اندر پوزیشنز بکتی ہیں، اسکولوں کے پسندیدہ ماں باپ کے بچوں کو کس طرح اندر ہی اندر سب بتا دیا جاتے ہیں کہ وہی فرسٹ سیکنڈ آئیں… ایسے ہی تو اسکول اونرز بڑی بڑی گاڑیوں اور بنگلوں میں نہیں  رہتے… اور کراچی میں تو زیادہ تر پرائیویٹ اسکولز ویسے بھی ایم کیو ایم کے سپورٹرز ہیں… مجرمانہ ذہنیت تو ہوگی نہ انکی اور بھارتی غلامی کا سبق ہی دیں گے یہ بچوں کو…

اور اگر یہ کہاں جے کہ اسکول والے والدین کو یہ بتانا چاہتے ہیں کہ انکا بچہ کتنا ذہین ہے یا کس حد تک تیار ہے اگلے لیول کے لئے تو یہ پہلے سے بھی زیادہ غلط جواب ہوگا… جن گھروں میں بچے اسکول جاتے ہوں اور وہاں رات بارہ ایک بجے تک جگا جاتا ہو، سارا سال شادیوں اور تقریبات سے دو تین بجے تک لوٹنا، نانیوں کے گھر وقت بے وقت جانا، بھارتی چینلز پر انکے فنکاروں کو گھر کے افراد اور انکی فحاشی کو گھر کا ماحول سمجھنا، ماں باپ کا خود کتابوں اور علم سے بیزار ہونا اور نے نظم و بے ضبط زندگی گزارنا… یہ سب والدین کی نظروں کے سامنے ہوتا ہے… اور انھیں اچھی طرح علم ہوتا ہے کہ انکی اولادیں کس قابل ہیں… ٹیوٹرز تو بچوں پرتعلیمی دباؤ ڈالنے کے لئے رکھے جاتے ہیں… 

البتہ اسکول والے اور والدین ایک دوسرے پر الزام ڈال کر اپنا فرض پورا ضرور کر لیتے ہیں… بچوں کا سال ضائع ہو وہ خیر ہے…

سالانہ امتحانات کا مقصد طلبہ میں یہ اعتماد پیدا کرنا ہوتا ہے کہ وہ اگلی جماعت میں جانے کے قابل ہیں اور جتنی محنت اس سال کی ہے، اگلے سال اس سے زیادہ کریں تو اور اچھا نتیجہ نکل سکتا ہے… اس سے بچوں کو یہ بتانا مقصود ہوتا ہے کہ وہ کس حد تک پڑھنے، لکھنے اور حساب کتاب کے قابل ہوگئے ہیں…

سالانہ امتحانات کا سلیبس کیسا ہونا چاہیے؟ 

ہمارے زمانے میں یعنی پچھلی صدی میں صرف دو امتحانات ہوتے تھے… ایک ششماہی اور دوسرے سالانہ… ششماہی امتحان میں پہلے چار مہینوں کا سلیبس ہوتا تھا کہ جو پڑھا ہے وہ آۓ گے اور سالانہ امتحانات میں پورے سال کا… پرچوں میں ایک دن کا وقفہ ہوتا تھا اور نہ ہو تو سالانہ امتحانات سے پہلے ایک ہفتے کی چوتھی ضرور ملتی تھی کہ طلبہ گھر پر خود پڑھائی کریں… امی اس ہفتے ہرجگہ آنا جانا بند کر دیتی تھیں اور ٹی وی بھی بند… گھر میں صبح شام کا پڑھائی کا وقت بنا دیا جاتا… وقت پر کھانا، وقت پہ سونا، وقت پہ کھیلنا… اردو، انگلش، ریاضی، سوشل اسٹڈیز (جس میں جغرافیہ شامل ہوتا)، سندھی، اسلامیات اور ڈرائنگ… نہ اردو ادب، نہیں انگلش لٹریچر، نہ کمپیوٹر… اپنے لیول کی چیزیں پڑھ کر پاس ہو جاتے… کبھی ٹیوشن نہیں پڑھا… ہاں بہت چھوٹی عمرمیں بھی اس قابل ضرور تھے کہ محلے کے بچوں کو انگلش اور اردو کے ابتدائی قاعدے اور گنتی سکھا سکیں…

آج ماہانہ ٹیسٹ، سمسٹرز، سرپرائز ٹیسٹ، سالانہ امتحان… سارا سال سلیبس شیٹس ملتی رہتی ہیں… ساتھہ ہی ساتھ روزانہ دو تین ہوم ورک بھی… پہلی، دوسری، تیسری، چوتھی، پانچویں جماعت تک کے بچوں کو یہ کہہ کہہ کر دہشت زدہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ کہیں سے بھی آجاۓ گے کچھ بھی آجاۓ گا… والدین یا ٹیوٹرز پپرز والی رات دو دو بجے تک بچوں کو لے کر بیٹھے ہوتے ہیں کہ یہ بھی یاد کرو اور یہ بھی… 

یہی حال مدرسوں کے ہیں… پتہ نہیں کیوں ہمارے بڑے بچوں کو اذیت اور پریشانی میں دیکھ کر خوش ہوتے ہیں…

امتحانی پرچے کیسے ہونے چاہئیں؟ 

امتحانی پرچے ایسے ہونے چاہئیں کہ طلبہ آسانی سے اسے دو گھنٹے میں حل کر سکیں اور ایک گھنٹہ اس میں اپنی غلطیاں نکال سکیں… زیادہ تر تو آبجیکٹوس ہونے چاہئیں جیسے خالی جگہ پر کریں، صحیح غلط، جملے بنیں قسم کے سوالات… چار پانچ ایسے سوال جنکا جواب دو تین جملوں سے زیادہ نہ ہو… مضمون، درخوست، خلاصہ، افہام ٹفھین، یہ سب جونئیر ہائی یننی چھٹی جماعت سے شروع ہونا چاہیے… اسی طرح الجبرا اور مشکل مشکل فارمولے بھی پرائمری اسکول میں نہیں ہونے چاہئیں…

آج کل جو پرچے بنتے ہیں اس میں تین گھنٹے میں اتنے مکاری والے سوال ہوتے ہیں کہ بچہ پہلے ہی سوچ لے کہ فیل ہوا ہی ہوا… سارا سال کے تھکے تھکاۓ بیزار بچوں کے سامنے جب پرچہ آتا ہے تو اس میں پتہ نہیں کہاں کہاں سے ٹیچرز اپنی عمر کے سوال ڈال کر بچوں کو ذہنی اذیت میں مبتلا کر دیتی ہیں… پرائمری اسکول کے طلبہ اور وہ بھی جو آج کی جاہل ٹیچرز سے پڑھے ہوں کیا خاک پرچہ حل کریں گے…

ارفع کریم، ستارہ بروج اکبر، موسی فیروز جیسے چھہ سات بچوں کے ورلڈ ریکارڈ بنا لینے کا یہ مطلب نہیں کہ ہر بچے پر تعلیمی قیامتیں ڈھا دی جائیں…

Give a week or two to students to learn and understand Algebraic terminology.  Must avoid teaching signs until students are able to read and explain Algebraic terms and expressions properly.

1- What is a consonant constant?

A consonant constant in Algebra is a known value, a quantity that does not change unless a mathematical operation is applied.  Any number, fraction, pi  π are  consonants constants.

For example, 1,  2,  3/4,  2/5,   π

2 – What is a variable?

A variable is a symbol, which is represented by any small letter, that stands for an unknown value.

For example,    a  b  x  y  z

3- What is a Coefficient?

A number right before a variable is called a coefficient.  Any variable with no number has 1 as a coefficient.

For example,  in 2 x, 2 is the coefficient of variable x

4- What is an Algebraic term?

A term could be a consonant   constant or a variable that is a part of an Algebraic expression.

For example,   2 x + 3 y is an Algebraic expression and 2 x and 3 y are terms.

5- What is an expression?

Two or more terms make up an expression.

For example, 2 a +  3b  - c       or      xy – 5xy + 4

6- What is an exponent?

An exponent is the power of a consonant   constant or a variable.  It is represented by a small number on top side of a consonant  constant or a variable.  This number as an exponent shows that the consonant  constant or variable is multiplied to itself that many times.

For example,  x²  y²     x³  y³    x⁴  y⁴    x⁵  y⁵   — 2, 3, 4, 5 on top of x and y  are the exponent or power of x and y.

x² = (x) (x) – read as x square (means x is multiplied twice)

y³  = (y) (y) (y) – read as y cube (means y is multiplied three times)

2⁵   = (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) – read as 2 to the power of 5 (means 2 is multiplied 5 times)

7- How should students read powers?

x        y  -  x and y – their power is 1 (which is not written or read as 1)

x²    y²   -  x square, y square  (reading this term as x2 is wrong)

x³    y³    -  x cube, y cube (reading this term as x3 or y3 is wrong)

x⁴   y⁴     -  4 to the power of x x to the power of 4 and 4 to the power of y  y to the power of 4 (shouldn’t be read as x4 or y4)

x¹⁰  y¹⁰   - 10 to the power of x  x to the power of 10 and 10 to the power of y  y to the power of 10

8a- What is a term?

A term is a constant or a variable written separate or together.

For example,    5      a²       b²c²      - 2a³ b²c

8b- What is an expression?

An expression is a combination of two or more terms.

For example,  2x² + 2y²            a² - b²         3a² + b² - 1 

8c- What are like terms?

Same variables having same powers in an expression are called “like-terms”.  Like terms can have different co-efficient.  Only like terms can be added or subtracted.  Adding or subtracting terms means their coefficients are added or subtracted, not powers.

For example,

a² + 4a²                 2ab³ + 8ab³               5a² b²c² - a² b²c²  – are like terms

so they can be added or subtracted,

a² + 4a² = 5a²                2ab³ + 8ab³ = 10ab³                5a² b²c² - a² b²c² = 4a² b²c²

9- What happens when the terms are not like-terms?

Terms that are not like (have different variable or powers) cannot be added or subtracted.

a³ + 4a² = 5a²      terms are not like because variables are same but powers are different

2ab³c + 8ab³ = 10ab³c       terms are not like because variables are different

5a³ b²c - a² b + c² =   not possible because powers and variables are different

10- When are powers added or subtracted?

Powers of a number or a variable are added in multiplication and subtracted in division.  The parenthesis ) and ( are used as a sign of multiplication.  Slash / is used as a sign of division.  Only the powers of same variables are added or subtracted.  The coefficients of same variables are multiplied or divided beside adding or subtracting powers.  The coefficients of different variables cannot be multiplied or divided.

For example,

MULTIPLICATION:

(x² ) (x³ ) = (x²⁺³)  = x⁵                      (x²y²) (x⁴y⁵z³) = (x²⁺⁴    y²⁺⁵    z³) = x⁶ y⁷ z³

(3x² ) (4x³ ) = (12x²⁺³)  = 12 x⁵  — 3 and 4 are multiplied while the powers of x are added

(x² ) (y³ ) = (xy²⁺³)  = xy⁵   powers of two different variables cannot be added

DIVISION:

(x⁵ / ³ ) = (x^{5 – 3})  = x²                      (x⁶y⁹/ x⁴y⁵z³) = (x^{6- 4}    y^{9 – 5}    z³) = x² y⁴ z³

(15x⁴ / 3x³ ) = (5x^{4 – 3})  = 5x  — 15 is divided by 3 while the powers of x are subtracted

(x⁵ ) (y³ ) = (xy^{5 – 3})  = xy²   powers of two different variables cannot be subtracted

Reading terms:

8²  read as eight square                   m² read as m sqaure (not m two)             4a² read as four a square (not 4 a two)

x² +  y² read as x square plus y square  (not as x two and y two or x square and y square)

3a⁴ - 2b³ read as three a to the power of four minus two b cube

(x²) (y²)  read as x square multiplied by y square

(x³y³/ x³y⁵z³) read as x cube y cube divided by x cube, y to the power of 5, z cube

Explaining terms:

8² -  This is an algebraic term in which, 8 is the number, two is it’s exponent or power, which shows that 8 is being multiplied two times (8 x 8)

m³ - This is an algebraic term in which, m is the variable, 3 is it’s power, which shows that m is being multiplied three times (m x m x m)

4a² - This is an algebraic term in which, 4 is coefficient, a is the variable and 2 is the power of a, which shows that a is being multiplied twice.

x² +  y²  This is an algebraic expression in which, the first term x square is added to the second term y square.

3a⁴ - 2b³  This is an algebraic expression in which, the first term has 3 as a coefficient, a as a variable and 4 as it’s power and the second term has 2 as coefficient, b as a variable and 3 as it’s power.  Two b cube is to be subtracted from three a to the power of 4.

(x²) (y²)  - This is an algebraic expression in which, x square is multiplied to y square.

(x³y³/ x³y⁵z³) – This is an algebraic expression in which, x cube y cube are divided by x cube, y to the power of 5, z cube.

Re-writing Algebraic Terms:

1) a^-2   —— any power with minus sign shows that the term is a denominator, it is written as 1/a²

2) x^a+1 —— a+1 as power shows that the two terms x^a and x are multiplied together,

so they can be written as x(x^a) or (x) (x^a)

similarly, x⁴⁺² = (x⁴) (x²)                   

3) x^a-1 —— a – 1 as power shows that the two terms x^a and x are divided and can be written as x^a/x

similarly,   w^{7 – 5} = w⁷ / w⁵

4) x⁰  —— zero as a power shows that two like-terms are being divided,

it can be written as x /x  because  x/x = x^{1-1 = 0}

The answer of x⁰   or    x/x  is 1.  Any number or variable with zero power equals 1.

Hush-puppies of Pakistan – Prince Bilawal, Prince Hamza, Princes Maryam

After the decline of royal dynasties in South Asian region, America and western powers have raised politicians in Pakistan to replace them.

The royal families of Mughals were involved in mutiny, prison and murder against their own king fathers, prince brothers, uncles and nephews.  They manipulated the national treasury and spent on their women-like dresses such as sparking, embroidered frocks, jewelry and to fill the pockets of their admirers.  They build the monuments with peoples’ tax money for their own personal recognition.  They were never given the charge sheet of their crimes.  Historians write their names as great Mughal Emperors but how did public remember them.  They were all terrified of laws of contempt against the emperor.

Mutiny in such kingdoms was always regarded as treason.

The current political situation in Pakistan with a little difference is presenting the same scenario.  Mughals were not the puppets at western powers like politicians of Pakistan.  Emperor Zardari and King Nawaz Sharif have contracted a never ending noora-fight over ruling the kingdom of Pakistan.  They manipulated the national treasury, fed and raised their legal children on black money, use the money to fill the pockets of their admirers and supporters (which is their allies ANP and MQM).  Their poor public voters are thrown bread crumbs at election time which is somehow they are very satisfied at.

These wolves have wasted their lives in playing in the hands of their worldly masters.  As they are old, their puppies have grown wicked enough to take over their seats.

Puppy Prince Bilawal, Puppy Prince Hamza Shabaz and Puppy Princes Maryam Nawaz have appeared on the scene.  As Papa Zardari witnessed puppy Shabaz and puppy Maryam Nawaz practically getting involved into politics.  Wicked Papa Z arranged a non-official visit to India in order to introduce his puppies to Khawajah Moeenuddin Chisti.  Obviously, the saint has nothing to do with politics and politicians of Pakistan as he was known as a great lover of humanity.

Or if he does, I would have an objection on him on the Day of Judgment, asking God Almighty, why Ghareeb Nawaz granted the power to the crime masters of Pakistan because there is no other reason Zardari would go there with his off-springs.  After all, God is mine too and He listens and responds in the best manner.

Back to the point, so Zardari’s visit to India seems like the part of non-official entrance of his-like children into international politics along with showing a tongue to Shareef brothers who are not going to be recognized as shareef anymore.  Why?  Because their children are not standing with the family name but their fathers’ name.

MQM will continue to serve as “favourite courtiers” for both political parties royal families of Pakistan, poor middle-class.

HAVE THE YOUTH OF PAKISTAN ALREADY SURRENDERED TO THESE ROYALS AND COURTIERS WHO ARE RAISED ON BLACK-MONEY?

Names as Symbol of Crimes – نام بھی علامت جرم ہوتے ہیں

Hitler’s name for Jews is a symbol of hatred and brutality.  India’s name for Kashmiris is a symbol of officially illegal oppression, barbarism.  Jewish or Jews’ name for Palestinians is the symbol of crime against humanity and illegal occupation of land, wherever they find an inch of territory they would want to own it even by bloodshed.  America’s name in Muslim world is a symbol of war declared against Muslims.

In Islamic history, Yazeed, Meer Jafar and Meer Sadiq are the names of shame, embarrassment, treason, lust for power and authority, greed for wealth and insincerity.  No decent Muslim want their children to be called with these names.

The history of Pakistan is soon going to produce hundreds of such names that have earned shame for the whole nation.  Names that even their own generations will be embarrassed to show any association with them.  The nation already curses those who caused the division of East Pakistan and West Pakistan.

مستقبل قریب میں کچھ اور ایسے نام اب پاکستان کی تاریخ کا حصّہ بنیں گے جن سے نسبت جوڑتے ہوۓ لوگ شرمندہ ہوا کریں گے… آصف زرداری، بلاول زرداری، نواز شریف، الطاف یزید ایم کیو ایم کا بانی، رحمان ملک، شاہی سید، فضل الرحمان اور انکے چلے چانٹے، پاکستانی سیاست کے کانٹے…

جنکے لئے آج لوگوں کے دلوں میں نفرتیں اور زبانوں پر بد دعائیں ہوں، وہ بھلا کتنے دن اور عیش کر سکتے ہیں… یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے ماں باپ کے نام کو بھی دھبہ لگایا اور اولادوں کو بھی سرکاری سرپرستی میں بے خوفی اور بے غیرتی کے ساتھ جرائم کا راستہ دکھایا… اور انکی عورتیں بھی انکے حرام کی کمائی پر عیش کرنے میں ساتھ اور جرائم کی شریک کار…

انکے لئے عزت نام ہے اپنے جرائم کو جسٹفاۓ کرنے کا… ہزاروں لوگ انکے جرم کی کامیابی کی کہانیاں سنیں اور یہ اپنے حریفوں کو نیچا دکھاتے رہیں کہ دیکھو ہم نے پاکستان کو زیادہ نقصان پنہچایا…

ان سے کچھ بھی مانگنا ذلت و رسوائی اور عزت نفس کا سودا کرنے کے برابر ہے…

Sense of Deprivation – احساس محرومی – Part 1

What urged me to write on this topic is the statement of a politician, “the sense of deprivation in people is causing the demand for new provinces”.  What I say, it is not ‘new provinces’ we are going to make but we are dividing the provinces with many cities into many small size provinces.  Who knows in future, further sense of deprivation would cause further division of citi-sized provinces into town-size and then neighbourhood-size provinces.  I think they were called tribes.  So we will become a tribal society.

Deprivation generally means missing some or more necessities of life, lacking physical abilities or mental powers, losing possessions or will to do something, etc.

.

People say that the increase in crime rate is due to deprivation.  According to psychologists, the feeling of deprivation can force people to jealousy, murder, depression and suicide.

What has come into observance, the practical meaning of word ‘deprivation’ in my country is to choose or create a reason or reasons to develop ‘sense of deprivation’, mostly to seek favours or win sympathies from others.  The strong stimuli behind this self-conspiracy is the fear of taking responsibility of actions and decisions.  Everybody wants to stand up proudly saying, “yeah, I know I am a sinful person, but at least I didn’t do this and that……(a long list of good intentions never practiced in real).”  People are in a greed of having everything while losing nothing.  This is an unnatural and evil behaviour.  They never get to realize that they keep losing everything and while getting nothing at the end but regrets and feelings of deprivation.   I hope I made my point clear to myself.  Thank You Lord!

As Pakistani society has divided itself into many occupational, status-based, age-wise and religious communities………such as youth, elders, politicians, show-biz, doctors, teachers, nurses, lawyers, journalists, farmers or Defense Area, Cant. Area, Gulshan Area, North Nazimabad Area, Gulberg Area, Model Town Area, Laloo-Khait, Surjani Town, Malir Town, Saudabad, Khokrapaar or Agha Khani Community, Khoja Community, Hindu Community, Christian Community, Memon Community, Dehli-Sodagraan Community, Saadaat Amroha Community, Rizvia Society, etc. (such division among Muslims except for administerial purpose is a kufr)………….. they all have developed their own “sense of deprivation”.

Religious people feel deprived when lose their donors and find themselves helpless for earning by physical work.

Politicians, when don’t get votes, go furious due to depression and go to any extent in revenge from both opposition and people.

Show-biz tycoons indulge into the lust of deprivation when don’t get awards and appreciation or lose fans.

Women are the most deprived part of our society as they are never satisfied with what they have and keep exploiting the term “women’s rights”.

Women love to live alive in a continuous state of depression related to their bodily shape, facial attraction and fashion.

Students convince themselves that they can’t study because of lacking facilities and good educational system.

Elders waste their old age in pushing their children into guilt by reminding the favours they had done to them and for not getting the same return.

Under-privileged think they have all the rights to become a crime-activist and prostitutes as the result of people’s negligence and as the system demands them to be.  The most famous dialogue preached by dramas and movies is, “what has society given to us? now its time to take revenge from society”.

قسم سے کہہ رہی ہوں اس ملک کی تباہی کی سب سے بڑی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہر کوئی، ہر کوئی، ہر شعبے کا ہر شخص، ہر گھر میں بیٹھا ہوا ہر شخص، اپنی کمیونٹی کی ایک برائی سننے کو تیار نہیں، الٹا اپنے اپنے کنوؤں کے مینڈکوں کے ہر الٹے سیدھے کام کا دفاع کرتے ہیں… ہر ایسی تنقید کو جس سے انکے دل کا چور سامنے آجاۓ  اور انکی تہذیب، روشن خیالی اور ملک و قوم کی خدمت کا پول کھل جاۓ… کہتے ہیں کہ یہ فالتو باتیں ہیں… کام کی باتوں پر توجہ دیں… مطلب کے جو انکے مطابق کام کی بات ہو وہ اہم ہے اور وہی سب کو کرنی چاہیے… واہ! کیا آزادی راۓ اور جمہوریت ہے… مطلب یہ کہ زبان تمہاری، الفاظ ہمارے… ہم تو جیسے پاگل ہیں…

اور جب زرداری، الطاف حسین، نواز شریف اور دوسرے سیاسی شیطانوں پر لعنت بھیجی جا سکتی ہے… تو پھر شوبز کے لوگ اور کھلاڑی کس کھیت کی مولی ہیں اور کیوں معصومیت کے ڈھونگ میں انہیں بخشا جاۓ… ارے غلط باتیں ہیں، الزامات ہیں تو دفاع کرو، سچ بتادو سب کو… ورنہ اعتراف کرو…

اور میں ٹھری دل جلی، پاگل، جاہل، خود سر، بد تہذیب اور بدتمیز… ایسی ہی باتیں کرتی رہوں گی جب تک دل چاہے گا… کیسی باتیں.. ایسی… کہ میرے لحاظ سے ملک کے تمام شعبوں کے لوگ برابر کے حساس، منحت کش، سچے، معصوم، ایماندار ہیں… اور سب کا حکومت کے مال پر برابر کا حق ہے… ہر شہری چاہے جس فیلڈ کا ہو برابر ہے… ورنہ سب شیطان یا سب غافل یا سب پاگل اور جاہل…

آج بات کرنی ہے میں نے “احساس محرومی” کی…

آج تک تو مہنگائی، غربت، جہالت اور دہشتگردی کو سسٹم کی ناکامی کی جڑ بتایا جاتا تھا… آج ایک نیا بیان سنا ایک سیاستدان کا کہ احساس محرومی کی وجہ سے نئے صوبوں کی بات ہو رہی ہے… کوئی کہ رہا ہے کہ احساس محرومی کی وجہ سے جرائم میں اضافہ ہو رہا ہے… یہ تو کہا ہی جاتا ہے کہ احساس محرومی کے وجہ سے ڈپریشن ہوتا ہے… لوگ خود کشی تک کر لیتے ہیں…دوسروں سے حسد کرنے لگتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ دوسروں کو قتل کر دیتے ہیں…

احساس تو سمجھ آ گیا… یہ محرومی کیا ہے… اگر محرومی چیزوں کے نہ ہونے کو کہتے ہیں تو اس لحاظ سے تو پاکستان کا ہر شخص خود کو محروم سمجھتا ہے… سب کے اپنے اپنے احساس محرومیوں کے معیار ہیں…

سیاستدانوں کو ووٹ نہ ملیں، مخالف جیت جائیں تو انھیں احساس محرومی ہو جاتا ہے…

دینی لوگوں کو چندہ نہ ملے تو وہ محرومین میں شامل کرلیتے ہیں اپنے آپ کو…

شوبز کے لوگوں کو ایوارڈ نہ ملے، ہزار بارہ سو لوگ تعریف نہ کریں تب تک وہ احساس محرومی کا شکار رہتے ہیں…

خواتین کو انکے من چاہے حقوق نہ ملیں تو انکی محرومی کا احساس انھیں کچھ کرنے نہیں دیتا…

طلبہ طالبات کو سہولتیں نہ ملیں تو احساس محرومی کی وجہ سے پڑھنے سے انکار کر دیتے ہیں…

بزرگوں کی بات نہ مانی جاۓ اور انکو انکے مزاج کے مطابق عزت نہ دی جاۓ تو وہ احساس محرومی سے ہر وقت چڑچڑے ہی بنے رہتے ہیں…

کھلاڑیوں کو موقع نہ ملتا رہے جب تک کہ وہ کبھی نہ کبھی کامیاب ہوکر دکھا دیں، انکا احساس محرومی ختم نہیں ہوتا…

غریب کا احساس محرومی کہ اسکے پاس کچھ بھی نہیں ہے، اسکو ہر قسم کے جرائم پر مجبور کر دیتا ہے…

اور ایک نئی بات بھی سامنے آئی کہ اگر کسی کی اصلاح بھی کرو تو اس کو بھی خواہ مخواہ احساس محرومی ہونے لگتا ہے کہ ہاۓ میرا دل توڑ دیا…

اگر محرومی معاشرے میں کوئی مقام نہ ہونے نہ پہچانے جانے کو کہتے ہیں کہ آتے جاتے ہر کوئی سلام کوئی کیوں نہیں کرتا… تو پھر یہ خالص شوبز کا ڈپریشن ہے… اور ان لوگوں کا جن کی نظر میں عزت ہوتی ہی وہ ہے جو دوسروں کے تعریف کرنے سے بنے… اسی لئے ہمارے معاشرے کی اکثریت اور خاص کر نوجوان ہر قسم کا کام ہر حد تک کرنے کے لئے تیار ہو جاتے ہیں… کہ بس لوگ آگے پیچھے بھاگیں، ٹوٹ پڑیں آٹو گراف لینے کے لئے…

.

پچھلے کئی سالوں میں جو نظر آیا پریشان اور بے سکون نظر آیا… جس سے پوچھو کہ کیسے حال ہیں وہ مہنگائی کا رونا رونے لگتا ہے… بیماریوں کی تفصیل بتانا شروع کر دیتا ہے… تھکاوٹ، وقت کی کمی، مایوسی، بیزاری… پہلے تو کچھ دوسروں کے معاملات کی کھوج کرتے تھے لیکن اب تو ایک بھاگ دوڑ سی مچی ہوئی ہے… اور اسکے ساتھ ہی ذرا نظر ڈالیں شاپنگ سینٹرز پر، فاسٹ فوڈ کی دکانوں پر، بوتیک پر، شادی ہالز پر، دن بدن سڑکوں پر بڑھتی ہوئی نئی نئی گاڑیوں پر، مختلف مقاصد کے لئے نکلنے والی ریلیوں پر جن میں اکثر گاڑیاں اور موٹر سائیکلز گلی گلی پھرائی جاتی ہیں… ایک ایک گلی میں چار چار مہنگے اسکولوں پر… آۓ دن ہونے والی شادیاں اور ہر سال پیدا ہونے والے بچے…

یہ سب دیکھ کر صرف ایک احساس ہوتا ہے مجھے اور وہ یہ کہ اس قوم کو سب کچھ دے کرجن چیزوں  سے محروم کر دیا گیا ہے اور وہ ہے “سکون، آرام، چین، شکرگذاری، احسان مندی”…

.

احساس محرومی میں غلطی کس کی ہوتی ہے… انکی جو دوسروں کو اپنے سے کم تر جان کر انکو انکی محرومیوں کا احساس دلاتے ہیں… یا انکی جو خود کو احساس محرومی میں مبتلا کر لیتے ہیں…

عوامی سطح پر تو خیر جو اخلاق ہے ہماری ٩٥% عوام کا… عام لوگ اپنے سے نیچے والوں کو حقیر کرتے ہیں اور اپنے سے اوپر والوں سے حقیر ہو جاتے ہیں… لیکن اس میں ایک بہت بڑا اور برا کردار ہمارے سیاسی شیطانوں اور دینی تماشہ بازوں کا بھی ہے… جب اپنے ہی ووٹرز کو روٹی، کپڑا، مکان جیسی بنیادی ضروریات کو زندگی کا مقصد بنا کر پیش کیا جاۓ تاکہ لوگ اپنی چار پانچ فٹ کی ذات اور چند انچ کے پیٹ سے آگے کبھی کچھ سوچ ہی نہ سکے… ایک سے لے کر ہزار کپڑے، میچنگ جوتے، زیورات، صرف اور صرف کھانوں کی انٹرٹینمنٹ اور کھانوں کی پکنک اور پھر زمینوں کے گز بڑھانے کی کوشش…

اور پھر کوئی اور آجاۓ جاہل عوام کو اختیارات کے خواب دکھا نے… یا پھر غیر ملکی ثقافت اور رسموں اور رواجوں کے آئینے میں سکون اور خوشیوں کو تلاش کرنے کی تھیراپیز کرائی جاتی ہیں… دینی جماعتیں اور مذہبی علماء اکثر دنیا کی ہوس نہ کرنے اور دنیا کی آسائشیں چھوڑ دینے کو پریشانیوں سے نجات اور سکون باعث بتاتے ہیں…

خیر جو بھی ہے، ایک سوال یہ ضرور پوچھنا چاہیے سب کو خود سے کہ ہمیں کوئی احساس محرومی ہے کہ نہیں؟ اور ہے تو اس کی وجوہات کیا ہیں؟ اور کہیں یہ صرف ناشکری کا نتیجہ تو نہیں… کیونکہ الله ظالم تو نہیں کہ اٹھارہ کروڑ کے اٹھارہ کروڑ کو سزا یا آزمائش میں مبتلا کر دے…

The talent they possess is the true one

These are the farmers of my land

stupendous celebrities who perform miracle

They sow what gives life to this earth

They grow what gives energy to people

.

They worry about how to get the seeds,

they are tensed when its time to irrigate,

they suffer while buying good fertilizer,

they sow, they grow and they celebrate

.

Their smile is the beauty of this land.  

Their dance is the real dance of joy.  

They don’t ask too much from this nation.  

But they do deserve a break, few moments to enjoy.

 I am a big fan of them.  They are our asset and the best among country’s human resources.  Those who God chooses to perform His miracles in seed and soil.   

These are the great human beings who without any exhaustion, continue to fulfill their duty to feed the nation every year.  .  They get dirty, they get sweaty, they work hard, they suffer man-caused disasters but they don’t give up.  Thus, I don’t give up loving them. 

May Allah (SWT) bless the farmers and villagers of my land, make their farming tasks easy for them, provide them with fertile soil, fecund seeds and fresh water.  May they continue to perform miracles with their hands.  May Allah (SWT) protect them from the brutal and wild feudal-lords.  May they never be touched by any sickness, diseases and disasters touch them.  Ameen!

ڈھٹائی اور مستقل مزاجی میں کیا فرق ہے… برے کام پر ڈٹ جانا ڈھٹائی اور اچھے کام پر جمے رہنا مستقل مزاجی ہے…

یہ ہیں پاکستان کے اصل ید بیضاء اور ید عیسی اور ید ک الخیر… میرے ملک کے وہ انسان جنھیں الله نے میرے رزق کا ذریعہ بنایا… جنکی میں بہت فین ہوں… جو میرے  سلیبرٹیز ہیں… یہ پاک سر زمین کے چمکتے ستارے ہیں…

حالانکہ فنکار ہونے کا، سچے ہونے کا، حساس ہونے کا ڈھنڈورا ہمارے ہاں شوبز اور فائن آرٹس سے تعلق رکھنے والے پیٹتے ہیں…

الله سبحانہ و تعالی قرآن میں فرماتے ہیں کہ…

 الله وہ جو بے جان سے جاندار اور جاندار سے بے جان نکالتا ہے…

اور الله کی اس قدرت کے سب سے بڑے گواہ یہی کسان اور دہقان ہوتے ہیں… 

سارا سال اس مٹی میں بے جان بیج بوتے ہیں اور جاندار پودے اگاتے ہیں… ان پودوں پر سبزیاں ہوتی ہیں… چاول، گندم اور نہ جانے کیا کیا ان سے ملتا ہے… کبھی اپنی زمہ داریوں سے گھبراتے نہیں… کبھی اس تخلیقی عمل کا حصّہ بننے سے اکتاتے نہیں…

اس مستنڈی قوم کے لئے ہر تکلیف اٹھاتے ہیں اور بغیر کسی شکایات کے، بغیر اپنی بڑائیاں مارے، مسکراتے ہوۓ انکے رزق کا انتظام کرتے ہیں …یہ ہیں مستقل مزاج لوگ… اس سے زیادہ تہذیب اور انسانیت کیا ہوگی کہ انسان اگاۓ خود اور کھلاۓ سب کو… خود اسے اور اس کے بچوں کو سوکھی روٹی ملے اور کروڑوں لوگ پیٹ بھر کر کھائیں اور چین کی نیند سوئیں…

حالانکہ انکے نام کا کوئی دن نہیں منایا جاتا… لیکن ایک ایک لقمہ کھاتے وقت انکی عظمت کو خراج تحسین تو پیش کیا جا سکتے ہے… انکے حق میں دعا تو کی جاسکتی ہے…

سارے سیاستدان ایک کام کرتے ہیں اپنے مفاد میں تو اپنے منہ سے اپنی تعریفیں کرتے نہیں تھکتے… گھنٹوں ٹی وی پر وہ اور انکے چیلے چانٹے اپنی بڑائیاں مارتے ہیں… جو کہ ایک بہت بڑی اخلاقی کمزوری ہے… سالوں پرانا ایک ایک کام گنواتے ہیں… اپنی حرکتوں اور بیرونی ملکوں کی منصوبہ بندی کے نتیجے میں جو جھوٹی موٹی دشمنیاں ایک دوسرے کی پالتے ہیں اور اس کی آڑ میں عوام کا قتل عام کرتے ہیں… اور اگر خود کو ایک تکلیف پنہنچ جاۓ تو سالوں روتے رہتے ہیں… بے پھل و پھول درخت لگا کر قومی دولت بھی ضایع کرتے ہیں اور اس پر اکڑتے بھی ہیں، گالیاں بھی دیتے ہیں… اور پھر بھی قوم کے ہیرو بننے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں… عورتیں پڑھ لکھ کر بھی سر عام ناچ گانا ہی کر پاتی ہیں، باقی چیزوں میں بے کھاریاں بے بس… پھر بھی تہذیب یافتہ کہلاتی ہیں… بڑے والے جرائم پیشہ سیاستدانوں کی تو بات ہی کیا… کوئی صدر، کوئی وزیر اعظم، کوئی اسمبلیوں میں بیٹھا ہے… اور اب تو بے خوف ہو کر جرم کرتے ہیں… کیمروں اور شہادتوں کی بھی پرواہ نہیں کرتے… یہ ہیں ڈھیٹ لوگ….

یہی حال دوسرے شعبوں کا بھی ہے… کچھ اپنی چرب زبانی سے لوگوں کا دل لبھا کر دلوں کے بادشاہ اور ملکہ بنے بیٹھے ہیں… کوئی اپنے سٹائل مار کر اکڑے پھر رہے ہیں… کوئی میک اپ میں ڈوب کر اپنی شخصیت کے راز ظاہر کر رہے ہیں… اتنی اتنی عمروں میں جانوروں کی طرح اچھل کود، عجیب حلیہ تماشہ بنا کر اسے ٹیلنٹ کہتے ہیں… اور بچوں کو ہم کہتے ہیں کہ انسان کے بچوں کی طرح تمیز سے بیٹھ کر بات کرو… اتنے تعریف کے بھوکے کہ دنیا کی کوئی آسائش انکا پیٹ اور نیت نہیں بھر سکتی… لاکھوں کما رہے ہیں پھر بھی فینز کے مالی اور اخلاقی آسرے کے محتاج رہتے ہیں… اپنی کمائی تو اپنے ہی عیش و عشرت پر اڑا دیتے ہیں… کیا بد نصیبی ہے…

یا الله سبحانہ و تعالی! آپ سے میری دعا ہے کہ اداکار، گلوکار، سیاستدان اور دوسرے شعبے کے لوگ تو پیدا ہوتے اور مرتے رہتے ہیں… جو انکی حرکتیں ہیں تو انکی جگہ لینے والے  بہت ہیں کوئی کمی نہیں پڑنے والی… لیکن میرے ملک کے کسانوں، دیہاتیوں اور دہقانوں کو زندہ سلامت، صحت مند رکھیے… یہ پاکستان کا سرمایہ ہیں… یہ خود دار ہیں، کسی کے آگے ہاتھ نہیں پھلاتے… کسی کی تعریف کے محتاج نہیں… جو عیش پاکستان کے سرمایہ دار، وڈیرے اور سیاستدان کر رہے ہیں وہ انکو بھی میسر آۓ… یہ آپ کے پاکستان کی صحیح قدر کرنے والے لوگ ہیں… انکو ہر آفت اور مصیبت سے بچا لیں… نہ یہ چرب زبان ہیں، نہ دھوکے باز، نہ ریا کار، نہ مکار, نہ چھین کر کھاتے ہیں نہ پٹا کر…… انہیں وڈیروں، سرمایہ داروں، سیاستدانوں اور تمام شر پسندوں کے شر اور شیطانی منصوبوں سے محفوظ رکھیں… ایسے مستقل مزاج انسان کسی ملک کو کم ہی میسر آ تے ہیں… آمین…

Politics and Women

Islam is not the religion of personalities but characteristics.  People in Islam are identified by their qualities.  Like people of Makkah pointed at Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) calling him “the truthful” and “the trustworthy”.  Not the qualities like, if they can eat two-dozen moving worms, they can walk on their hands and stand on their head, can dance on a string and make people crazy with the twist of their tongue, etc.

Similarly, politics in Islam is simply defined as working for the betterment of people.  Islam does not classify the process of betterment of people into spiritual and political, thus, the governing bodies are not categorized into religious and non-religious or modern or secular.

The most unfortunate thing that has been happening in Pakistan is that ignorant keep joining politics, even those having bachelors and master degrees and running business have no idea what politics means in Islam.  No matter where they belong, they are the follower of same slavish mentality and same methodology.

More than new faces or new characters, Pakistan needs people who can be identified with characteristics.

قسم سے کہ رہی ہوں کہ اگر پاکستانی عوام، سیاستدانوں کی طرح وقتی اختلافات بھلا کے ایک ہوجائیں، ایک دوسرے کا کہا سنا معاف کر دیں، ایک دوسرے کو کردار کی تمام غلاظتوں کے ساتھ قبول کرنا شروع کردیں اور صرف مالی فائدوں کی فکر کریں… تو وہ بھی سیاستدانوں کی طرح بہت جلد خوشحال بن سکتے ہیں…

اسکی تازہ ترین مثال ماروی میمن ہیں… مرد اس سے بھی زیادہ خبیث ہیں لیکن عورتیں ذرا جلد نظر میں آ جاتی ہیں اور انکا فیصلہ بھی جلد ہو جاتا ہے…

ماروی میمن کا ایکسپریس نیوز پر انٹرویو سن کر احساس ہوا کہ شاید مولوی حضرات ٹھیک ہی کہتے ہیں کہ عورت ناقص العقل ہے کہ صحیح فیصلہ نہیں کر سکتی… عورت بھول جاتی ہے اس لئے اس کی آدھی گواہی ہے مرد کے مقابلے پہ… عورت کی زبان پر بھروسہ نہیں کرنا چاہیے اور نہ ہی اسے کسی فیصلے میں شریک کرنا چاہیے… وغیرہ وغیرہ… 

حیرت کی بات یہ ہے کہ ماروی میمن کو کیا یہ اندازہ نہیں تھا کہ نواز شریف کے ساتھ ملیں گی تو ان سے کیا کیا سوالات پوچھے جائیں گے… اور میڈیا انکی پرانی وڈیوز اور دعوے نکال کر دکھا سکتا ہے… سب سے اچھی بے وقوفانا بات یہ کہ اتنے سارے سال پرویز مشرف کے ساتھ غلطی سے گزاردیے… کمال ہے، خود اپنے کردار اور خصوصیات کے گھٹیا ہونے کی گواہی دیتے آهن اور عوام اور میڈیا کچھ کہے تو پابندی لگاتے ہیں، توہین حکومت کے قوانین بناتے ہیں…. کچھ تو تیاری کر لیتیں… ویسے مزہ بہت آیا… کہ جو حشر یہ سیاستدان قوم کا کرتے ہیں وہ ایک گھنٹے میں انکا ہو گیا…

کیا ماروی میمن صاحبہ اپنے بزنس وغیرہ کے معاملات بھی اسی طرح نمٹاتی ہیں؟  بزنس سے یاد آیا کہ نواز شریف بھی تو کاروباری آدمی ہے… خیر امید ہے نواز شریف کے ساتھ انکی ذہنی، سیاسی اور کاروباری ہم آہنگی ہو جاۓ گی… لہٰذا پاکستانیوں کو ماروی میمن سے بحیثیت انسان کچھ امیدیں تھیں تو وہ بھی ختم کر لینی چاہییں… کیونکہ پاکستان میں انسان، کردار اور سیاست ایک ساتھ نہیں چل سکتے…

پرویز مشرف صاحب نے جس طرح خاندان کا طعنہ ماروی میمن کو دیا… کاش اپنے ساتھ کھڑے مرد سیاستدانوں کو بھی یہ طعنہ دے دیتے… وہ زیادہ حقدار ہیں اس طعنے کے… انکو پتہ نہیں تھا کہ سیاستدانوں کا کوئی دین ایمان نہیں ہوتا، یہ اپنا ساتھ دینے کے وعدے پر پیسے گھسیٹتے ہیں اور فیصلہ دوسروں کو کرنے دیتے ہیں تاکہ بعد میں وہی پھنسے… سارے کے سارے اسی طرح کھیلتے ہیں…

ادھر ایم کیو ایم، پیپلز پارٹی اور کراچی کی دوسری جماعتیں مل کر کیا بھتے کا چکر چلا رہی ہیں… لگ رہا ہے اس خونی اور وحشی کھیل کے ذریعے امریکہ کا کوئی کارنامہ چھپانے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے… وہ تو بعد میں کھلتا ہے معاملہ کہ کیا ہو گیا… کیونکہ زرداری تو بس انتظار کرتا ہے الطاف کی فون کال کا… کہ فون کال آۓ گی، کوئی سخت اقدام کرے گی ایم کیو ایم تو پھر وہ ایکشن لے گا… اور کاروباری لوگوں کو دونوں نہیں پوچھ رہے… انکے نقصان کا کیا ہوگا… آگے انکی کیا سیکیورٹی ہے… کچھ نہیں… باقی سارے لیڈرز خاموش بیٹھے ہیں…

اور کاروباری لوگ بھی کتنے بے وقوف ہیں… ایم کیو ایم کی باتوں میں آ گئے… سب سے مکار تو یہی جماعت ہے… یعنی کہ کراچی میں بھتہ خوری اور کاروبار کی بد حالی پر احتجاج بھی کیا تو خود اپنا ہی کاروبار بند کر کے… کیا فرق پڑا حکومت، ممبران قومی اسمبلی اور سیاست دانوں پر… یہی تو انکو کام دیا ہے کہ کسی طرح انکا دیوالیہ نکال دو…. پہلے یہ دہشت گردی مچاتے ہیں تو بزنس کمیونٹی ہڑتال اور کاروبار بند کرنے کی دھمکی دے دیتی ہے… پھر ایم کیو ایم ہمدرد بن کر یوم سیاہ مناتی ہے اور احتجاج میں دکانیں بند کراتی ہے…

اور جو ٹی وی پر یہ آ کر بکواس کرتے ہیں کہ ہم کیوں اپنے ووٹنگ ایریا میں تباہی لانا چاہیں گے، اس طرح تو ہمارے ووٹرز بھاگ جائیں……. تو یہ باتیں تو وہاں ہوتی ہیں جہاں ووٹرز کا ہی نہیں بلکہ ہر انسان کا احترام کیا جاۓ اور اس کا حق مانا جاۓ … فیئر الیکشنز ہوتے ہوں….

یہ ساری کی ساری جماعتیں تو بندوق کے زور پر سارے کام کرواتی ہیں… فنڈز انہیں اسی کام کے ملتے رہتے ہیں انکے غیر ملکی آقاؤں سے… ورنہ جو عوام کے فلاح و بہبود انکا مقصد زندگی ہوتا تو خدا بزرگ و برتر کبھی انسانوں سے مخلص لوگوں پر اپنی رحمت کے دروازہ بند نہیں کرتا… اب ایدھی اور انصار برنی ٹرسٹ اور بہت سے اداروں کے ہوتے ہو ۓ سیاسی جماعتوں کو خدمت خلق وغیرہ کھولنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی… انہیں تو نظام صحیح کرنا چاہیے… ملکی وسائل کو کس طرح استعمال میں لانا ہے، لوگوں کو اپنے پیروں پر کس طرح کھڑا کرنا ہے… گلی گلی لوگوں کے حالات اور خیالات کا جائزہ لینا وغیرہ…

بہت ضرورت ہے کہ اسلامی طرز سیاست کے اعلی تصورات کو طلبہ اور نئی نسل میں عام کیا جاۓ… شاید کوئی نسل کبھی فائدہ اٹھا لے…

کاش خوشبخت شجاعت، نسرین جلیل، ماروی میمن اور بے شمار ان جیسی عورتیں سیاست میں آنے سے پہلے تحریک پاکستان کی عظیم خواتین محترمہ فاطمه جناح، رعنا لیاقت علی خان، بی اماں، لیڈی عبدللہ ہارون کے بارے میں پڑھ لیتیں کہ ملک کو حاصل کیسے کیا جاتا ہے اور کیسے قائم رکھا جاتا ہے…

ان سب کو یہ جاننے کی ضرورت ہے کہ اسلام شخصیات کا نہیں کردار کا مذہب ہے… اور صرف کردار سے ہی نظام قائم بھی ہوتا ہے اور چلتا بھی ہے…

Who is the most kind and the wisest?

The purpose is of this writing is not to pass any judgement on anyone.  This is just another tiny effort to look into the mirror of Islamic doctrine and see how many scars are left there on heart and soul.

There are 114 surahs in Qur’an and each except one (Surah At-Taubah/The Repentance) begins with the acknowledgement of God’s attributes “In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent/Compassionate, The Merciful”.  The same statement is mentioned once in Surah An-Namal/The Ants, when Prophet Sulaiman/Solomon uses the same words to begin with in a letter to the Queen of Sheba.

The same Quran mentions Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as the mercy for all the worlds Allah (SWT) has created.  Each and every moment of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)’s life is an evidence to prove this claim to be true and certainly it has everything to do with his character.  “We have sent you but as the mercy for all worlds”… Surah Al-Anbiya 107

The words of Qur’an and the life of Prophet (pbuh) are beautiful combination of moral laws and court laws – together they are called ‘shariah’/the Islamic code of law.  Any Muslim having a doubt and then preaching it as a defect of Islam, such as ruling on two women as a witness against one man or four marriages for men and only one for woman, is considered a ‘kafir’, which literally means the one who rejects or denies.  So, the word ‘kafir’ shouldn’t be used to for non-Muslims.

Allah (SWT) says in Qur’an, “ And there are, certainly, among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), those who believe in Allah and in that which has been revealed to you, and in that which has been revealed to them, humbling themselves before Allah. They do not sell the Verses of Allah for a little price, for them is a reward with their Lord. Surely, Allah is Swift in account.  O you who believe! Endure and be more patient (than your enemy), and guard your territory by stationing army units permanently at the places from where the enemy can attack you, and fear Allah, so that you may be successful.”…. (Surah Aal-e-Imran/The Family of Imran 199/200)

Islam has introduced a very balanced and flexible life-style.  The exceptions and limitations in obligations are already set by the Shariah and they are termed as “hudood or hudood-Allah” in Quran.  Similarly, the Shariah has outlined the emotional expressions prohibiting extremism and exaggeration.

For example, a strong belief in our society about God is that there are no limits for glorifying Allah Almighty.  Yes, there are.  Allah (SWT) has specified how to and when to remember Him formally on daily and yearly basis, i.e. salah/prayer and Hajj/pilgrimage to Makkah.  However, there are no time limit and conditions to communicate with Him for any reason.  He Almighty is awake and present all the time.

Be wild in anger, be crazy in excitement, be pessimist in sadness, be disappointed in trials,  be haughty in richness, be silent for witness, be a support in false accusations, be overjoyed in celebrations, etc. —  this is how life events are dealt in our society, by showing extreme behaviour and this is prohibited in Islam.

Sometimes, people don’t realize that they are acting as they are wiser than Allah (SWT) and prophets.  They do violate the limits of Shariah and then defend themselves and justify their actions by giving lame excuses.  Who do they try to satisfy, God, people around us or themselves?

There are lots of things that we do and we can say that we do them because we like them.  There are many things that we don’t do and we can say that we don’t do them because we don’t like them.  We can simply say that I do this or I don’t do this because this is how understood the religion.  This is better than manipulating religious principles.  This is not wise to corrupt the religion and create complications for others by wrong interpretations of Islamic moral values.

This intentional or unintentional corruption in religion develops a guilt in mind.  This guilt often transforms into an extra-ordinary feeling of kindness and sympathy to others and is exhibited by charity work.  Those who are involved in breaking the system or if not breaking, not building the system usually rejoice themselves by feeding, helping, educating hungry and needy people at large scale.  This is one way to kill that guilt.

In the same manner, people exaggerate while consoling, condoling, grieving, describing, explaining and even guiding.  We mourn for weeks, months and years.  They exaggerate while praising sacred prophets, saints, leaders, heroes, elders, family dynasty, etc.  This exaggeration turns into controversies and contentions and finally leads to physical combats.

Sometimes people unknowingly try to pretend that they are more kind than God Almighty and His prophets.  They have more sympathies with rapists, robbers, adulterers and murderers than with the victims.    Forgiveness has its own conditions.  Forgiveness is when exercised unnecessarily to the wrong people, it benefits the criminal minds only. Only God Almighty has the right to forgive whoever He wills for any or no reason.

Sometimes people behave like they have more ego and temperament than God Almighty and His prophets.  Mostly men try this on women, elders on youngsters, rich on poor, smart on naive.  Raising voice for rights, for choice is also considered a matter of ego.  The Arabic word ‘ana’ meaning ‘I’ with the thought of completeness and absolute powers suits only to God Almighty.

I was just thinking that if Edhi, Ansar Burni Trust and other legitimate charity organizations have established as parallel to the government institutions, why don’t they join together and really make one for the sake of this country.  Edhi’s team works more like a ‘baitul-maal’.  Sarim Burni’s team plays Supreme Court in addition to police and detectives.  Shoukat Khanum Memorial Hospital’s team along with Dr. Adeeb Rizvi and many others can run the best health ministry in the world.  There are many educational institutions like Namal that can replace the board of education in all four provinces and adjacent territories.  Those who are making world records can be the best to deal with foreign affairs.

Who cares who sits in the President House!  People can choose Dr. A. Q. Khan or Justice Wajeehuddin or any other smart, honest and patriot man as a guide and leader.

Unemployed youth can head towards the villages and farms to help farmers to grow more and more food.  You know why, because food is most essential in all necessities.  They can even train themselves as a substitute to law enforcement bodies.  We are missing them any way.

People of Pakistan are a government, then why let the criminals and incompetents draw salaries from assemblies and make others beg for what they deserve?
